If a loved one wanders beyond pre-established boundaries, an alert is immediately sent to our Customer Care Center, which relays the information to the caregivers who can determine the exact location of the wanderer via computer or Smartphone. The Center, which is up and ready 24/7, works with the caregiver and local authorities, if necessary, to return the loved one to safety.
